Sandstorm is led by Creative Director Mpho Molefe, who brings over 20 years of marketing and advertising experience to the agency — and just as importantly, an eye for bold ideas that actually work.
Before relocating to Dubai, Mpho ran his own successful advertising agency in South Africa, leading campaigns and creative work for a wide range of brands. His approach blends sharp strategic thinking with fearless creativity — the kind that doesn’t just look good in a deck, but delivers real results in the market.
Now based in Dubai, he’s focused on helping brands across the Middle East grow through powerful digital storytelling and impactful campaigns.
And if you ever can’t find him in the office, don’t worry — he’s probably still there, just behind one of his many pairs of sunglasses. Bright ideas, after all, require proper eye protection.
